Serving as RIU's local development partner, Prime managed land acquisition, entitlements, and oversaw the construction of a 28-story hotel with 390 keys, a ground-floor lobby with a café restaurant, a rooftop restaurant and bar, a sky terrace with a glass floor, and a second-floor restaurant and banquet space. Construction began in July 2022, and the hotel opened in Summer 2024.
