  • Chairman and CEO

    Michael founded The Prime Group in 1982, overseeing the development and acquisition of over $14.0 billion in institutional-quality real estate projects across the U.S. He continues to manage Prime's private real estate development and investment activities. In the 1990s, Prime was the founding shareholder of four publicly traded real estate companies, including Prime Retail, Inc. and Ambassador Apartment, Inc. In 1997, Prime organized Brookdale Living Communities, Inc. and Prime Group Realty Trust. Ambassador Apartments, Inc. and Brookdale Living Communities, Inc. were later acquired by AIMCO and Fortress Real Estate Investments, respectively. Mr. Reschke served on the board of World Business Chicago from 2000 to 2003. Currently, he is a member of the Real Estate Roundtable, Urban Land Institute, Economic Club of Chicago, and the Chicago Chamber of Commerce. He graduated summa cum laude from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1977 and received a summa cum laude Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1980. Mr. Reschke is a licensed attorney in the State of Illinois.

  • Executive Vice President, Finance, Asset Management, & Capital Markets

    Jeffrey directs financial structuring, project underwriting, transaction execution, and asset management. With a background including a five-year tenure as Vice President at HIGroup, LLC, overseeing $2.5 billion in asset sales and finance transactions, Mr. Breaden brings extensive expertise to Prime since joining in 2004. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University.

  • Executive Vice President, Development & Construction

    Neil brings over 35 years of experience in architecture, construction management, and real estate development. Responsible for overseeing Prime's projects from due diligence to occupancy, Neil joined in 2007 after managing senior living facilities with Brookdale Living Communities, Inc. Holding a Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University and a Master of Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, he is a registered architect, LEED Accredited Professional, licensed real estate broker, and has served on various educational and civic boards.

  • Chief Financial Officer

    Timothy joined Prime in December 2008 and has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Prime since March 2022, before which Mr. French served as Prime’s Vice President of Accounting and Finance. Before joining Prime, Mr. French had twenty-three years of finance, accounting, human resources, and operations experience with a wide variety of public and private real estate investment firms. Mr. French is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. French holds a B.B.A in Finance and Accounting from The University of Notre Dame.

  • Executive Vice President, Development & Acquisitions

    Michael specializes in underwriting and evaluating office, industrial, hospitality, and multifamily projects. He joined in 2012 after serving as an Associate at Beitler Real Estate Services, LLC, handling Landlord Representation for central loop office buildings. With a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from The University of Illinois at Chicago, Mr. Reschke contributes to the sourcing and structuring of debt and equity financing for Prime's projects.

  • General Counsel

    William J. Ralph, Esq., as outside General Counsel to Prime, advises on Company transactions, and deal structuring, and has represented Prime in various acquisitions. With significant experience in complex transactions, including multi-billion dollar portfolio acquisitions, he specializes in structuring joint ventures, commercial sales, financing, leases, and representing borrowers and lenders in various commercial financings. A summa cum laude graduate of The Ohio State University, Mr. Ralph holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration (Finance) and a J.D. from Columbia University Law School. Formerly a partner at major Chicago law firms, he also served as a part-time Adjunct Professor of Law at DePaul University Law School in Chicago.

  • Senior Vice President, Finance & Capital Markets

    Dan joined Prime in 2021 and sources and secures capital for the Company’s property portfolio. With over 30 years of experience, he has managed $10 billion in commercial assets for institutional and retail investors, specializing in equity, debt, and structured finance transactions. Dan's senior roles include positions at Capri Investment Group, Springbank Capital Advisors, and Trilogy Capital Advisors, where he directed capital market activities and implemented niche-focused investment strategies. He began his career at LaSalle Partners and holds a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Illinois-Champaign, College of Business.

  • Vice President, Project Management

    Marty Eppel brings over 30 years of real estate development experience to The Prime Group, Inc. Before rejoining Prime in 2022, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Stoneleigh Companies, leading the development and acquisition of over $800 million in multifamily communities. Marty holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration from Tulane University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois.

  • Vice President, Project Management

    With over 15 years of experience in construction management and real estate development, Dan is responsible for overseeing construction from due diligence through occupancy. He is a graduate of Ohio State University.

  • Vice President, Finance & Development

    In 2023, Ryan joined Prime, bringing over a decade of experience in construction, project management, and real estate development. He specializes in project underwriting, financial structuring, and management. Prior to Prime, he worked at general contracting firms, JLL, and Brookfield Properties, overseeing projects worth over $600 million across various sectors. Ryan holds a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He currently serves as President of the Kellogg Real Estate Alumni Network, sits on the Steering Committee for the Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards benefiting the Greater Chicago Food Depository, and is a member of the xXx Racing cycling team.

  • Executive Managing Director, Equity Capital Markets

    David, currently the Executive Managing Director of Equity Capital Markets at Prime, specializes in identifying unique properties and development prospects. Before joining Prime, he founded Primestone Residential, focusing on the built-for-rent market, and Springbank Capital Advisors, overseeing $600 million of transit-oriented developments. Additionally, David co-founded and managed the Trilogy Capital Income Fund, achieving an annual return of over 16%. He has over 33 years of experience in capital markets and investment banking, contributing to over $2 billion of institutional-quality real estate ownership and development. David's career spans prestigious firms such as L.F. Rothschild, Uttenberg & Tobin, Lehman Brothers, Bear Stearns & Company, and Stifel Nicholas.

  • Managing Director, Equity Capital Markets

    Peter is the Managing Director at The Prime Group, Inc., known for his entrepreneurship and expertise in capital markets. He has facilitated over $2 billion in private equity placements and advised renowned Venture Capital firms such as KPCB, NEA, Benchmark, Khosla Ventures, and Rembrandt Ventures. Peter founded McDonnell, Inc., a Broker Dealer affiliated with CME, CBOT, and CBOE. He started his career at Drexel Burnham Lambert and holds a Bachelor of Science/Business Administration from Georgetown University, along with a Series 7 license.

  • Director, Equity Capital Markets

    Cody Morton brings over 14 years of commercial real estate expertise. Before joining the Prime Group, he served at Highland Capital Management (HCM), specializing in underwriting industrial, self-storage, and office development and acquisitions. Earlier in his career, Cody gained valuable experience at Hillwood and KPMG in their valuation practice. He holds a BA in Finance and an MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business, and is currently pursuing his EMBA at Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.

  • Director, Taxation

    Sean joined Prime in 2022 and serves as the company’s Tax Director. Before joining Prime, Sean spent nearly twenty-three years working for various public accounting firms. Sean is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Illinois CPA Society. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Purdue University and a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Villanova University.

  • Senior Construction and Project Management Advisor

    Mike is a consultant for the Prime Group, overseeing construction, design, and development of major projects. He is also the President of Faron Construction Services, LLC, with over 40 years of industry experience. Previously, he spent 29 years at W.E. O’Neil Construction Company, leading its growth into a national firm with $1.3 billion in annual revenue. In 2019, Mike founded Faron Construction Services, providing strategic advice to clients on large-scale developments and serving on various boards and committees in Chicago. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Detroit and a Master of Science in Construction & Management from the University of Missouri.

  • Senior Construction and Project Management Advisor

    Don consults for the Prime Group, focusing on construction, design, and development of significant projects such as the James R. Thompson Center redevelopment for Google and the former BMO Chicago property upgrade for the State of Illinois. Previously at Prime, he managed various projects, including office buildings, condominiums, industrial properties, institutional facilities, and a large retail mall in Spain. His broader career encompasses construction lending, real estate investment, land development, and affordable housing projects. Don holds a BBA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.

  • Project Coordinator

    Gabriela Salinas is a seasoned project coordinator with over 8 years of experience in administrative and managerial roles. She excels in document management, accounting support, and quality control. Her career includes collaboration with key agencies such as IDOT, CDOT, CTA, Metra, and O’Hare International Airport. Her expertise in water, utilities, and sewer systems enhances her ability to connect infrastructure with real estate development. Gabriela's strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning make her a valuable team asset. She holds a BA in Psychology from Dominican University.

  • Director, Property Management

    Before joining The Prime Group, Lucie served as the General Manager and Marketing Director at Atrium Retail in The James R. Thompson Center for seven years. With extensive experience in property management, leasing, marketing, and value-enhancing projects, she previously held roles at Winthrop Management and Marc Realty LLC. Lucie holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago, is RPA accredited, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois.

  • Manager, Corporate Accounting

    Lori has been with The Prime Group since 1986. Before joining Prime, she worked as a staff accountant and gained two years of Public Accounting experience in the banking industry. Lori is a Certified Public Accountant with a B.S. in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University.

  • Manager, Construction Accounting

    Isaura joined Prime in 2014 as a Senior Project Accountant and was promoted to Construction Accounting Manager in March 2022. She brings over 15 years of experience in construction accounting for commercial projects ranging from $10 million to $300 million. Isaura holds a B.B.A in finance from DePaul University

  • Project Accountant

    Prior to joining The Prime Group, Jason was at Walsh Construction and worked as a Project Accountant. Jason was a part of multiple construction jobs from roadways and bridges to data centers and other building projects. Jason has experience working with projects ranging from $2,500,000 to $200,000,000. Outside of The Prime Group, Jason is in the Air National Guard as an aerospace ground equipment technician. Jason has a Bachelors degree in Finance from Otterbein University.

  • Property Accountant

    Carnell Turner joined Prime as a Property Accountant in August 2022, handling bank reconciliations, rent deposits, billing, statement preparation, operating expenses, and real estate tax billbacks. Before this, he was a Staff Accountant at Equity Residential, where he prepared reconciliations, analysis, and journal entries for real estate transactions, rent insurance, tax accruals, equity, cash accounts, and joint ventures. Carnell holds a BS in Accounting from North Carolina A&T State University and is Six Sigma Green Belt certified.

  • Associate, Marketing

    Before joining Prime, Ava worked as a Real Estate Administrator at the Atrium Retail in The James R. Thompson Center for Winthrop Management. With a background in management and marketing, Ava possesses strong professional communication and customer service skills. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and Linguistics at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

  • CEO, Reserve Hotels

    Mark Yanke serves as the CEO of Reserve Hotels, where he is responsible for the development and rollout of the Reserve Hotel brand, an independent luxury hotel brand complimenting Class A office buildings in major cities. Mark has vast experience and knowledge in the luxury and independent hotel segments where he has organized and operated some of the most legendary hotels including The Mansion on Turtle Creek Dallas, The Hotel Bel-Air Los Angeles, The Lanesborough Hotel London, The Houstonian Hotel Club and Spa Houston, Hotel Emma San Antonio, The Joseph Hotel Nashville, and The Virgin Hotel Dallas. He has also previously served as President and CEO of Redstone Hospitality in Texas, where he oversaw a companywide operating budget of over $140 million and 1,600 associates.  

    Mark has a Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management and an Honorary Doctorate Degree from Northwood University. He is a former Chair of the Board of the Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau, The Board of Greater Houston Hotel & Lodging Association, and The Board of Governors and Board of Trustees of Northwood University.

  • CEO, Roanoke Hospitality

    Bryan, with partners Mike Reschke, Brad Alaoui, and Jeffrey Breaden, launched Roanoke Hospitality in 2023. Before this venture, Bryan led Weber Grill Restaurants for two decades. His earlier roles include serving as the Chief Operational Officer for David Bouley's top-rated "Bouley Bakery" in Tribeca during the late 90s. In the early 90s, Bryan co-founded Fusion Enterprises, overseeing 40+ restaurants in Europe for five years. His journey in hospitality began after graduating from the University of Minnesota, initially with Radisson Hotels and later with Hyatt Hotel Corporation in Chicago, where he managed over 50 restaurants.

  • COO, Roanoke Hospitality

    Brad, a passionate restaurateur with a rich multicultural background, draws inspiration from his upbringing in Morocco and later experiences in Montreal and Chicago. With over three decades in the industry, Brad has honed his skills at top establishments like Ditka’s, Carlucci, and Weber Grill Restaurant Group. His diverse journey has provided him with a deep understanding of hospitality. Joining Roanoke Hospitality in 2015, Brad's leadership as the opening General Manager helped transform it into a vibrant dining destination. His blend of practical experience and business education from DePaul University enables him to create memorable dining experiences while ensuring operational efficiency.
