115 South LaSalle is a 625,000 SF office building that Prime is redeveloping for the State of Illinois, which will own and occupy the building after the project, and relocate approximately 3,000 employees from their former location at the James R. Thompson Center as a result of the sale of the building and subsequent transaction with Google.
