The LaSalle Residences is a proposed, 168-unit luxury residential apartment building to be constructed on Floors 13 through 15 (and a portion of the ground floor) in the 208 South LaSalle Street building in downtown Chicago including first-class amenities, including a multi-purpose clubhouse with meeting and media rooms, fitness center, dog run and grooming facilities, and an outdoor roof terrace. The LaSalle Residences also will benefit from the amenities and hospitality services offered by The LaSalle Hotel.
