35 East Wacker, commonly known as the Jeweler’s Building, is a 40-story landmark office tower built in 1926, containing 556,200 rentable square feet of office space, located in northern end of the Chicago Loop at the northwest corner of Wacker Drive and Wabash Avenue on the Chicago River, one block east of Michigan Ave.
